The CPR Sign: You must have a compliant CPR sign displayed prominently near the pool. It needs to be:
Visible from anywhere inside the pool area.
In good condition (not faded or cracked).
Showing the latest resuscitation techniques.
The Latch Height: Check the height of your gate latch. If it’s on the outside of the gate, it must be at least 1500mm from the ground.
If it’s lower than that, it has to be shielded so a child can’t reach through the bars and pull it.
